OTP Codes getting caught in Phishing filter

Dealing with OTP Code emails.

When we turned up the heat on phishing emails the advisory email requested everyone to bookmark their quarantine folder for convenience. This is where this comes in useful. When you login on sites that send you a one time code to your email:

  1. Wait about 1 min for the code

  2. If the code doesn't land in your email then it's likely caught in your quarantine 

  3. Click your bookmarked link to your quarantine page

  4. Click on the message you wish to preview.

If you have not bookmarked your Quarantine folder then simply open it from one of your earlier quarantine emails as shown below and bookmark it now:


From your Quarantine page you can click any email to PREVIEW the email.
When you PREVIEW the email you can see the codes that were sent without having to release the message or request it be released:
